The location was enchanting, with a unique atmosphere that suited our event perfectly. Gilbert's dedication to detail and hospitality was evident in every aspect, from the warm welcome to the exceptional service throughout the evening. The collaboration with your organization and with your representatives in particular (both Ella and Luc, the projectionist) went excellently. Small issues that always arise when preparing such an event were picked up very smoothly and flexibly and were dealt with in good mutual consultation. it was very nice to work together:
During the show there was one nuisance that we could not solve properly and that concerned the use of the wireless microphones. We noticed that the connection was regularly lost, which reduced the quality of the presentation: We suspect that this is the result of the wireless microphone used. technology: the microphones may have been hindered by the many other wireless devices in the hall, such as visitors' smartphones: Transmitters with a different wireless frequency can solve this:
Furthermore, if the projection room were also often used as a presentation room, we would recommend that you provide some more theater techniques, in particular controllable lighting: That would be a great added value:
