Our working method
We would like to have a preliminary discussion in good time in which you outline the goal of your meeting. It is also a good idea to make a provisional day program in terms of content regarding speakers, breaks, workshops, etc. In consultation with you, we will determine how we as chairperson can give our role the right content and which form is most suitable for this. We will then delve further into the topics and would like to have preliminary telephone conversations with speakers in order to be able to place the core of their story in the bigger picture. This way, we can ask the right questions at the right time to the right person regarding the goal at the meeting. Although we as chairperson or moderator are often prominently present, it is not about us, but about a common goal. That goal is to optimally involve everyone in the theme. Ultimately, it is about every participant or visitor returning home enriched with knowledge, insights and a special experience full of inspiration.

Performance Femke Wolthuis
Femke presented the farewell party of our Odion driver. Together with Eric, she understands the art of making a party for every level with her pleasant personality where everyone feels at ease. She switches quickly, is funny, creative and empathetic. She thought along well in the discussions prior to the afternoon and had various useful tips. Eric's piano playing is a valuable addition.

Good and pleasant, perfectly combined
For a substantive meeting for almost 100 stakeholders in the healthcare sector of Northeast Groningen, we asked Femke Wolthuis as chair of the day. Thanks to her commitment and approach, this has become a great success. In addition, Femke was already involved in the preparations for the design of the program and she helped to ensure that some essential adjustments could be made that made the program better and more fun. During the evening itself, she managed to find the perfect combination with her substantive knowledge, combined with her fun approach. Content enough to keep everyone interested and fun and relaxed enough to ensure that the participants also had a very enjoyable evening. Definitely worth repeating.

Voor een inhoudelijke bijeenkomst voor een kleine 100 stakeholders in de zorg van Noordoost Groningen hebben wij Femke Wolthuis gevraagd als dagvoorzitter. Dankzij haar inzet en aanpak is dat een groot succes geworden. Daarbij dacht Femke al in de voorbereidingen mee met de opzet van het programma en zorgde zij er mede voor dat enkele essentiële aanpassingen konden worden gedaan die het programma beter en leuker maakte. Tijdens de avond zelf wist ze met haar inhoudelijke kennis, gecombineerd met haar leuke aanpak de perfecte combinatie te vinden. Inhoudelijk genoeg om iedereen geïnteresseerd te houden en leuk en ontspannen genoeg om ervoor te zorgen dat de deelnemers ook een zeer aangename avond hadden. Absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar.
