Located in an oasis of tranquility, in the middle of the Gentbrugse Meersen, Castle Coninxdonck is the place to be for all your parties and events. Less than 5 minutes from the center of Ghent and from the Zwijnaarde E40 & E17 connection, you will find an authentic estate with a beautiful castle in all modesty.

White room

Modern large hall with all contemporary needs and comfort. Large hall with seating capacity of up to 160, followed by a side aisle for 50 people. Total capacity 210 people at round tables from 8 to 12 people. With a spacious dance floor, we can comfortably accommodate 160 people for a rich menu at the table followed by a dazzling dance party.

We can comfortably welcome 250 people in a walking dinner.

Room has air conditioning that can be adjusted in 3 compartments

Music system with basic lighting is present.

The Salons

A succession of 3 classified castle salons, stylishly decorated, to be used separately or as a whole for dinners, meetings, receptions, or for your ceremony. Music system available. Direct access to the outside. Salons can be used separately from the Great White Room

Green lounge

First salon when entering. Offers space for a seated feast for 20 people or for a standing reception for 30 people. Can also be used as a welcome area for wedding parties.

Center salon

Central lounge with direct access to the garden. Offers space for 40 people in a dinner, 50 in a reception, or up to 80 in a ceremony setting. Can also be used for the dessert buffet, or to welcome your evening guests.

pink salon

Third lounge, which can accommodate up to 20 people for a served meal or stylish meeting. It is mainly used as an extension of the reception area at weddings and communions.

Castle Garden

A 5-hectare park garden surrounded by numerous castle ponds. Partly wild authentic castle garden with forest. The ideal place for your best wedding photos. Beautifully maintained front garden that can accommodate up to 250 people for receptions or garden parties. Beautiful location for your ceremony. Capacity expansion possible with stretch tents. Trampoline available for the little ones and possibility to set up bouncy castles.

Within the domain we have a spacious parking for up to 80 cars.

Just outside there is unlimited space. Shuttle service can be provided on request.

Witte zaal

Moderne grote zaal met alle hedendaagse noden en comfort. Grote zaal met capaciteit tot 160 zittend, zijbeuk aansluitend 50 pers zittend. Totale capaciteit 210 personen aan ronde tafels van 8 tot 12 personen. Met ruime dansvloer kunnen we voor 160 personen comfortabel plaats bieden voor een rijkelijk menu aan tafel gevolgd door een spetterend dansfeest.

In walking dinner kunnen we makkelijk 250 pers comfortabel verwelkomen.

Zaal beschikt over airconditioning af te stellen in 3 compartimenten

Muziekinstallatie met basisbelichting is aanwezig.

De Salons

Een aaneenschakeling van 3 geklasseerde kasteelsalons, stijlvol aangekleed, apart te gebruiken of als één geheel voor diners, meeting, recepties, of voor uw ceremonie. Muziekinstallatie voorhanden. Directe toegang naar buiten. Salons kunnen gescheiden gebruikt worden van de Grote witte zaal

Groen salon

Eerste salon bij het binnenkomen. Biedt plaats voor een zittend feestmaal aan 20 pers of voor staande receptie aan 30 personen. Kan tevens gebruik worden als verwelkomingsruimte bij huwelijksfeesten.

Midden salon

Centraal salon met directe toegang tot de tuin. Biedt ruimte voor 40 personen in dinner, 50 in receptie-, of tot 80 in ceremonieopstelling. Kan ook gebruikt worden voor het nagerechtbuffet, of om uw avondgenodigden te verwelkomen.

Roze salon

Derde salon, die plaats biedt aan een 20 pers voor een geserveerde maaltijd of stijlvolle meeting. Wordt vooral gebruikt als uitbreiding van de receptieruimte bij huwelijksfeesten en communies.

Kasteeltuin

Een parktuin van 5 hectare omwalt met tal van kasteelvijvers. Deels wilde authentieke kasteeltuin met bos. De ideale plek voor uw beste huwelijksfoto’s. Mooi onderhouden voortuin die plaats biedt aan een 250 pers voor recepties of tuinparty. Prachtige locatie voor uw ceremonie. Uitbreiding van capaciteit mogelijk met stretchtenten. Trampoline voor de allerkleinsten ter beschikking en mogelijkheid tot opstellen van springkastelen.

Parking

Binnen het domein beschikken we over een ruime parking tot 80 wagen.

Net buiten is er onbeperkte plaats. Shuttledienst kan op vraag voorzien worden.
