I vote for this company.
For the first time in at least 5 years, employees are once again thinking along with customers.
My easy up party tent broke at one of the corners. On their website I saw 3 connectors that might fit and just ordered them. I was called back immediately: they wanted to verify if this was correct. After sending photos, I was advised that it would not fit and the order was cancelled and money refunded.

Ik stem op dit bedrijf.
Voor het eerst in zeker 5 jaar weer eens medewerkers die meedenken met klanten.
Mijn easy up partytent was kapot gegaan aan een van de hoeken. Op hun website zag 3 koppelstukken die wellicht zouden passen en heb ze gewoon besteld. Ik werd direct teruggebeld: ze wilde verifiëren of dit wel klopte. Na fotos te hebben gestuurd, kreeg ik het advies, dat het toch niet ging passen en werd de bestelling geannuleerd en geldretour.
Super dus!
