VALUES

Visualize your 'values'! In small groups, you will think about what the values of the company mean to you as an employee. A joint brainstorm will bring you to clear images or icons that symbolize the values of the company.

Dust off your company values and let employees rediscover your company’s vision and clarify where the focus lies. Maybe you’ve decided to take a different path and want to immerse your employees in the new values? Finish this process by making the new wind blowing through the company visible.

By giving the created artworks a place on the work floor, the vision of the company remains visible, but also leads to dialogue between employees or with visitors. This keeps the vision of the company alive!

LOGO / MARKETING

Do you want to put your company's logo or color palette 'in the picture' or use it in an original way?

Working around a specific theme that lives on the work floor, visually displaying the taste of your product, decorating every space in the company with your logo in a specific style, working abstractly with the company colours? Each participant makes a small piece of a larger whole, together we create one work of art!

When you hang the result, you show that your company is an inspiring place, with a positive and original look of your brand. The feeling of togetherness is increased by the pride as a team about their artwork!

A different perspective, keeping the rose-colored glasses on for the company, we can be that black duck, throughout the entire creative process we use our know-how to lead the team to new input and a new result.

Colleague to colleague

The emphasis of your team building is on getting to know your colleagues in a different way, welcoming new colleagues or having old and new colleagues work together.

During the creation of the artwork we challenge the participants creatively, we bring them together, let them think and work together, enter into dialogue together to come to a solution. During the creative process they are asked questions to get to know each other in a different way. This is how the conversations during the creation of the artwork proceed in function of getting to know each other!

This team building exercise aims to improve informal communication on the work floor and can lead to faster and better communication in the future.

FUN WITH ART • PAINTING, SCULPTURE, GRAFFITI, ...

Corporate decoration

Your goal is to decorate the walls of your company with beautiful artwork. These artworks should have a certain size, color palette, and subject and all fit together. Beautiful artwork can be perfectly created by your employees! There is absolutely no need to pay large amounts or names to get art on the work floor!

We often work with abstractions, so the threshold is lower for the participants. We provide the right techniques, so that everyone can express themselves. A surprising experience, where everyone gets the best out of themselves and follows their intuition.

Simple figurative themes can also be discussed, if necessary we will help with setting up the preparations and your ideas.

It is also possible to paint your wall in your company and incorporate your own creations into it.

In addition to creating together, you will enjoy (re)discovering forgotten or new techniques. You will discover the hidden qualities of your colleagues and this can lead to pleasant conversations. Creativity creates connection!

As a team, you ensure that the entire workplace gets a new look and a lasting memory during one team building event.

Out of the box

Would you like employees to have to look for solutions with new techniques that are provided to them. That they are taken out of their comfort zone together to discover how much fun it is to create together!

Thinking differently, having fun and connecting with each other through creativity are central here!

This can be done through painting, where we let the participants make their own brushes and give them various assignments.

Or we do upcycling art, where they have to reform waste into sculptures or reliefs. This can also be done with materials from the company, think of a lot of waste materials or a raw material that comes from you.

Graffiti

Would you like an initiation graffiti where each participant learns to work with stencils and color transition. Everyone can create something individually to practice and also make a canvas, panel or wall in group for the company to show off later!

Bedrijf naar werknemers

VALUES

Breng jullie ‘values’ in beeld! In kleine groepjes ga je nadenken wat de waarden van het bedrijf betekenen voor jullie als werknemer. Een gezamenlijk brainstorm brengt je tot duidelijke beelden of pictogrammen die symbool staan voor de waarden van het bedrijf.

Stof de waarden van je bedrijf nog eens af en laat de werknemers de visie van je bedrijf herontdekken en duidelijk maken waar de focus ligt. Misschien hebben jullie beslist om een andere weg in te slaan en wil je je werknemers onderdompelen in de nieuwe waarden? Sluit dit proces af met het zichtbaar maken van de nieuwe wind die doorheen het bedrijf waait.

Door de gemaakte kunstwerken een plek te geven op de werkvloer, blijft de visie van het bedrijf zichtbaar, maar leidt deze ook tot dialoog tussen de werknemers onderling of met bezoekers anderzijds. Zo blijft de visie van het bedrijf levendig!

LOGO / MARKETING

Wil je het logo of kleurenpalet van jullie bedrijf ‘in the picture’ zetten of gebruiken op een originele manier?

Werken rond een bepaald thema dat leeft op de werkvloer, de smaak van je product visueel weergeven, elke ruimte in het bedrijf verfraaien met je logo in een bepaalde stijl, abstract werken met de kleuren van het bedrijf? Elke deelnemer maakt een klein stukje van een groter geheel, samen maken we één kunstwerk!

Wanneer je het resultaat ophangt, laat je zien dat jouw bedrijf een inspirerende plek is, met een positieve en originele uitstraling van je merk. Het gevoel van samenhorigheid wordt groter door de fierheid als team over hun kunstwerk!

Of zijn jullie op zoek naar een nieuw logo en wil je wel eens horen hoe de werknemers daarover denken en welke ideeën zij naar voren kunnen brengen?

Een andere kijk, de roze bril voor het bedrijf houden, die black duck kunnen wij zijn, gedurende het hele creatieve proces gebruiken we onze know-how om het team te leiden naar nieuwe input en een nieuw resultaat.

Collega naar collega

De nadruk bij je teambuilding ligt op het leren kennen van je collega’s op een andere manier, nieuwe collega’s welkom heten of oude en nieuwe collega’s laten samenwerken.

Tijdens het bedenken van het kunstwerk dagen we de deelnemers creatief uit, we brengen ze samen, laten ze samen denken en werken, samen in dialoog gaan om tot een oplossing te komen. Tijdens het creërende proces krijgen ze vragen om elkaar op een andere manier te leren kennen. Zo verlopen de conversaties tijdens het maken van het kunstwerk in functie van kennismaking!

Deze teambuilding beoogt een betere, informele communicatie op de bedrijfsvloer, en kan in de toekomst leiden tot snellere en betere communicatie.

FUN WITH ART • SCHILDEREN, SCULPTUREN, GRAFFITI, ...

Bedrijfsdecoratie

Je hebt als doel de muren van het bedrijf te verfraaien met mooie kunstwerken. Deze kunstwerken moeten een bepaalde grootte, kleurenpalet en onderwerp hebben en allemaal bij elkaar passen. Mooie kunstwerken kunnen perfect gemaakt worden door jullie werknemers! Het is absoluut niet nodig om grote bedragen of namen te betalen om kunst op de werkvloer te halen!

Vaak werken we met abstracties, zo is de drempel lager voor de deelnemers. We geven de juiste technieken mee, zodat iedereen zichzelf kan uiten. Een verrassende beleving, waarbij iedereen het beste uit zichzelf haalt en zijn intuïtie volgt.

Eenvoudige figuratieve thema’s kunnen ook aan bod komen, indien nodig helpen wij met het opzetten van de voorbereidingen en jullie ideeën.

Zo is het ook mogelijk om je muur in je bedrijf te beschilderen en je eigen creaties hierop te verwerken.

Naast het samen creëren, beleef je plezier om vergeten of nieuwe technieken te (her)ontdekken. Je ontdekt de verborgen kwaliteiten van je collega’s en dit kan leiden tot fijne gesprekken. Creativiteit zorgt voor verbinding!

Als team zorgen jullie er tijdens één teambuilding voor dat heel de werkvloer een nieuwe look, een blijvende herinnering krijgt.

Out of the box

Wil je graag dat de werknemers op zoek moeten naar oplossingen met nieuwe technieken die hun worden aangereikt. Dat ze samen een beetje uit hun comfortzone worden gehaald om te ontdekken hoe plezierig het is samen te creëren!

Anders denken, plezier beleven en verbinding met elkaar door creativiteit staan hier centraal!

Dit kan met schilderen waarbij we de deelnemers zelf penselen laten maken en verschillende opdrachten geven.

Of we doen aan upcycling art, waarbij ze afval moeten hervormen tot sculpturen of reliëfs. Dit kan ook met materialen vanuit het bedrijf, denk aan een boel afvalmaterialen of een grondstof die van jullie komt.

Graffiti

Wil je graag een initiatie graffiti waarbij elke deelnemer leert werken met stencils en kleurovergang. Iedereen kan individueel iets creëren om te oefenen en daarnaast voor het bedrijf een canvas, paneel of muur in groep maken om later mee te pronken!
