The heart in the right place!
US is a company with its heart in the right place, where most prefer to bet on quantity, they go a step further and mainly focus on quality.
With this goal in mind, I already came into contact with their employees several times. Always a pleasant and positive collaboration, you notice with every job that they always raise the level a bit higher and make room for this internally (further training, etc.).
In addition, you notice that their employees are always sufficiently screened, which means that hardly any 'wrong' person is in the wrong job. So you clearly notice a difference in teams specifically for hard work as for running a bar, etc. This is very important to me personally.
Finally: In every company there is room for improvements, innovations, etc. But that is exactly where you as a company make the difference if you dare to work on this, dare to implement it, ..
