ExpoBadge for Epson ColorWorks

With the Expobadges from Diamondlabels it is possible to print full-color event badges on location. This way you can easily distinguish between different types of visitors such as exhibitors, VIPs or visitors with a specific function. An affordable solution for the expensive pre-printed badges that may or may not be printed on location with the variables. In addition, this way of printing full-color badges is also suitable for smaller events where pre-printing used to be too expensive.

Variants

Below you will find the current range of the various ExpoBadges. Our range is constantly being expanded to other sizes, variants and materials. All ExpoBadges are developed with high-quality inkjet materials and function optimally with the Epson pigment ink technology and are therefore mainly used in combination with an Epson TM-C3500.

To meet the demand for double-sided colour printing, so-called butterfly badges are used. After printing, the badge is folded in half, resulting in a full-colour badge that is sturdy, attractive and waterproof.

In addition to just a badge, 'vouchers' are increasingly used for, for example, a free cup of coffee or sandwich. These vouchers are printed separately or are integrated at the bottom of the badge.

Standalone application and cost savings

ExpoBadges not only ensure that you can easily print badges in color on demand on location... With the right software application, for example based on Nicelabel or an application built by yourself, it is easy to save on personnel costs. Through our collaboration with major parties in the world of Event organizations, it is more than clear that up to 70% less personnel needs to be present for issuing badges. ExpoBadge voor Epson ColorWorks

Met de Expobadges van Diamondlabels wordt het mogelijk op locatie full-color eventbadges te printen. Zo maakt u gemakkelijk onderscheid tussen diverse soorten bezoekers als standhouders, VIP's of bezoekers met een bepaalde functie. Een betaalbare oplossing voor de prijzige voorgedrukte badges welke al dan niet nog op locatie bedrukt worden met de variabelen. Daarnaast is deze manier van full-color badges printen ook geschikt voor de kleinere events waar voorheen het voordrukken veelal te duur was.

Varianten

Onderstaand treft u het huidige assortiment van de verschillende ExpoBadges. Ons assortiment wordt steeds verder uitgebreid naar andere maten, varianten en materialen. Alle ExpoBadges zijn ontwikkeld met hoogwaardige inkjetmaterialen en functioneren optimaal met de Epson pigment-inkttechnologie en worden dan ook voornamelijk gebruikt in combinatie met een Epson TM-C3500.

Om aan de vraag van een dubbelzijdige kleurenprint te voldoen wordt er gebruik gemaakt van de zogenaamde butterfly badges, na het bedrukken wordt de badge dubbel gevouwen en krijgt men een full-color badge die stevig, mooi en watervast is.

Naast alleen een badge wordt er steeds meer gebruik gemaakt van 'vouchers' voor bijvoorbeeld een gratis kopje koffie of broodje. Deze vouchers print u apart of zijn geintegreerd onderaan de badge.

Zelfstandige applicatie en kostenbesparing

ExpoBadges zorgen er niet alleen voor dat u op afroep op locatie gemakkelijk badges in kleur kan printen... Met de juiste softwareapplicatie, bijvoorbeeld op basis van Nicelabel of een door u zelf gebouwde applicatie, is het eenvoudig besparen op personeelskosten. Door onze samenwerking met grote partijen in de wereld van Event-organisaties is het meer dan duidelijk dat er tot wel 70% minder personeel aanwezig hoeft te zijn voor de uitgifte van badges. Verpakking

Een ExpoBadge is meer dan een een label, het is een compleet product. Diamondlabels heeft veel zorg besteed aan een degelijke en goed-ogende verpakking van de ExpoBadges.
