Booked, paid, but no cruise
Booked and paid for a cruise in the port of Zeebrugge online before 14/8/2020 with Captain Blue. Arrived right on time at the port, the ship was ready. At 3.45 pm I receive a phone call: "The cruise is canceled, too few customers ...". Warned nicely in time .... This is really no way to deal with customers!

Disastrous company, not customer focused at all
In uncertain times (corona) made a booking at Captain Blue (the former Franlis) and paid. According to the website, it is not clear at that time that the trip will continue. Subsequently, this company does not let anyone know, so it is not clear at all whether this 'cruise' will take place or not. After informing, it appears that this has already taken place and that we had to call ourselves to check whether the trip went ahead. No refund or rebooking. Is it really that difficult to send an automatic e-mail (three) days before departure? Such firms should not be licensed for anything. If you treat prospective customers like this, you are not a righteous company but rather a scam company. To all those who doubt to make a trip/cruise: DON'T!

nlRampzalige firma, totaal niet klantgericht
In onzekere tijden (corona) boeking gedaan bij Captain Blue (het vroegere Franlis) en betaald. Volgens website op dat moment niet duidelijk dat de trip doorgaat. Vervolgens laat deze firma niets meer weten waardoor het totaal niet duidelijk is of deze 'cruise' doorgaat of niet. Na informeren blijkt dat deze al doorgegaan is en dat we maar zelf moesten bellen om na te gaan of de trip doorging. Geen terugbetaling of herboeking. Is het echt zo moeilijk om (drie)daags voor afvaart een automatische mail te sturen. Zulke firma's zouden geen vergunning voor wat dan ook mogen krijgen. Als je zo met toekomstige klanten omgaat ben je geen rechtschapen firma maar eerder een zwendelfirma. Aan allen die twijfelen om een trip/cruise te maken: NIET DOEN !
