Fast, reliable and friendly!
Bednet will be celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2024 and we wanted to celebrate that. Sylvester helped us set up an event in the Flemish Parliament. From the start of our collaboration, they made a great effort to create something beautiful that fit within our budget and the idea we had in mind. They also clearly indicated the deadlines and what we could expect from the day. Increases (or decreases) in price were checked in advance. On the day itself, Jason and Lieselotte had everything under control and took on tasks to relieve us of our worries. We received many compliments about the event from those present. If you request a quote from an event organisation agency, always ask in advance whether it is free or whether you have to pay for it. And you know what is also a hot topic? Pitching! If you are going to let the event agencies pitch, first make a pre-selection in advance to know what could be the most appropriate event agencies for you. Don't let too many event agencies pitch. This causes unnecessary work (and demotivation).
