Just like concert halls, they are also special event locations to organise a conference or a seminar, but also for product presentations, staff parties, unique business meetings and, why not, as a wedding location.
These prime locations are ideal for small and large events, from a few hundred to more than a thousand guests. There are smaller theatres for an intimate and small-scale setting, beautifully preserved historic buildings with their own atmosphere and history, and very large, modern venues.
Theatres not only have the best sound and often majestically breathtaking spaces, they are also ideally located, very centrally. In the city, you can easily get there by public transport and for guests who come by car, there are public underground car parks within walking distance. If the theatre is a bit more outside the city, there are ample parking spaces.
Theatres are also well equipped with all modern facilities: optimal technical infrastructure, audiovisual equipment, lighting and ventilation, internet acces, cloakrooms ... up to and including dressing rooms.
The foyer: an extra asset for theatres
Renting a theatre for a business event or private party? A good idea because often theaters have a foyer that you can rent separately or in combination with the theatre hall. These foyers have a fully equipped bar, ideal for networking drinks, for example. In many cases, catering such as a walking dinner can be provided.
