Fast Forward Events ready for the 11th edition of Eneco Clean Beach Cup
Traditionally, the big beach clean-up takes place on the first Sunday of spring. On March 22, you can return to our Belgian coast to make the world a bit more beautiful together with Eneco and Fast Forward. Surfclub Icarus in Zeebrugge is the main location of the Eneco Clean Beach Cup this year with numerous side activities: a VR experience corner, sorting your waste yourself, family fun, catering via the local restaurants,…. Studio Brussel is also present again to let go. You can follow interviews all day long and listen to the presentation of the Clean Beach Cup at 6 pm. Live from Zeebrugge Beach! And what is the event without a special guest? This year, ultra-runner Karel Sabbe strengthens the team of cleaners! With seven ultra-runs on the counter, he can now also add the Eneco Clean Beach Cup 2020 to his palmares. And yes, plogging from De Panne to Zeebrugge, over a distance of no less than 52 km, he is accompanied by Pascal Cauwelier, Creative Director at Fast Forward. "A great challenge to give this ecological event an extra boost." As you can see, Fast Forward is also pulling out all the stops this year to make it a top day and a record edition, just like last year. Fast Forward calls for us to make the planet proud together! Traditiegetrouw vindt op de eerste zondag van de lente de grote strandopkuis plaats. Op 22 maart kan je opnieuw afzakken naar onze Belgische kust om samen met Eneco en Fast Forward de wereld toch een tikkeltje mooier te maken.
Surfclub Icarus in Zeebrugge is dit jaar de hoofdlocatie van de Eneco Clean Beach Cup met tal van randactiviteiten: een VR experience corner, zelf je afval uitsorteren, familiefun, catering via de lokale restaurants, ….
Ook Studio Brussel is opnieuw van de partij om helemaal op los te gaan. De hele dag kan je interviews volgen en om 18u luister je naar de uitreiking van de Clean Beach Cup. Live van Zeebrugge-Strand!
En wat is het evenement zonder een special guest? Dit jaar versterkt ultrarunner Karel Sabbe het team van opruimers! Met zeven ultraruns op de teller kan hij nu ook de Eneco Clean Beach Cup 2020 aan zijn palmares toevoegen. En jawel, ploggend van De Panne tot Zeebrugge, over een afstand van maar liefst 52 km, wordt hij vergezeld door Pascal Cauwelier, Creative Director bij Fast Forward. "Een mooie uitdaging om dit ecologisch event een extra duwtje in de rug te geven."
Je merkt het, ook dit jaar trekt Fast Forward alle registers open om er net zoals vorig jaar een topdag en een recordeditie van te kunnen maken.
