AV specialist VRF takes over rental range from Bwefar
After years of fine cooperation between VRF BV and Bwefar Rental BV, VRF has taken over part of the inventory after Akim Bwefar decided to stop his business at the end of 2022.
Cooperation
The cooperation between VRF and Bwefar goes back many years. From 2011, Bwefare and VRF are joint producers of the Modefabriek for both exhibition technology and specials. The rental range of both companies matched well, resulting in a pleasant collaboration.
Material expansion VRF
By taking over part of Bwefar's inventory, this VRF offers new possibilities for the future. VRF produces events in the B2B market with a focus on trade fairs and conferences. Thanks to the acquired materials, the larger fairs can now be produced entirely from our own material. In total, VRF now has more than 2,000 CDMT lamps and 3 km of Prolyte truss in partly chrome and black. All AV equipment is located in one business premises in Nieuw-Vennep, where the office is also located.
Opportunity for exhibition organizers
If, as a client, you are looking for a universal exhibition appearance, VRF is the right choice, and the only one in the Benelux with these large numbers of identical exhibition lighting. VRF is the AV partner in the field of exhibitions that are combined with various plenary sessions and a large Keynote. Nowadays, more and more clients are opting for this unique combination of conference and exhibition technology.

Na een jarenlange fijne samenwerking tussen VRF BV en Bwefar Rental BV heeft VRF een deel van het inventaris overgenomen nadat Akim Bwefar eind 2022 heeft besloten te stoppen met zijn onderneming.
Samenwerking
De samenwerking tussen VRF en Bwefar gaat al een heel wat jaren terug in de tijd. Vanaf 2011 zijn Bwefare en VRF gezamenlijk producent van de Modefabriek voor zowel de beurstechniek als de specials. Het verhuur assortiment van beide bedrijven kwam goed overeen waardoor er een fijne samenwerking ontstond.
Materiaal uitbereiding VRF
Door het overnemen van een deel van de inventaris van Bwefar biedt dit VRF nieuwe mogelijkheden voor de toekomst. VRF produceert evenementen in de B2B markt waarbij de focus ligt bij beurzen en congressen. Door de overgenomen materialen kunnen de grotere beurzen nu volledig uit eigen materiaal worden geproduceerd. Totaal heeft VRF nu meer dan 2.000 CDMT lampen en 3km aan Prolyte truss in deels chroom en zwart. Alle AV apparatuur bevind zich in één bedrijfspand in Nieuw-Vennep waar ook het kantoor gevestigd is.
Kans voor beursorganisatoren
Indien je als opdrachtgever op zoek bent naar een universele beuruitstraling dan is VRF de juiste keuze, en de enige in de Benelux met deze grote aantallen identieke beursverlichting.
