On October 5th I left with 60 employees of a company in Almelo to Utrecht. The bus had 'bad hits' on it, so the mood was immediately good. This promised something for the rest of the weekend. Upon arrival in Utrecht, the group of colleagues started with lunch. A good foundation was important, especially with a majority of men in the house and of course with a view to the rest of the activities of that day. Not all colleagues knew each other beforehand, so lunch was a good moment to get to know each other in a relaxed way. After lunch, the group went into town divided into teams for the Crazy 88 activity. The intention was to do as many of the 88 assignments as possible as a team and this resulted in a lot of craziness and hilarious photos and videos as proof! A fun way of team building. After the active afternoon program, the group could relax while enjoying a drink and then had dinner in a Jeu de boules bar. You can already feel it coming...after dinner, another ball was thrown. For the evening program, I had rented a bar in the center of Utrecht, exclusively for the employees of this company. A music bingo was played there, which immediately turned it into a sing-along party. The fun continued for a while when the DJ filled the evening with (requested) danceable records. Fortunately, they did not have to go back home, but the participants of this company outing could relax in a hotel in the city.

Op 5 oktober vertrok ik met 60 medewerkers van een bedrijf uit Almelo naar Utrecht. In de bus stonden er 'foute hits' op, dus de stemming zat er gelijk goed in. Dit beloofde nog wat voor de rest van het weekend. Aangekomen in Utrecht startte de groep collega's met een lunch. Een goede bodem was belangrijk, vooral met een merendeel van mannen in huis en natuurlijk met het oog op de rest van de de activiteiten van die dag. Niet alle collega's kenden elkaar van te voren, dus de lunch was een goed moment om op een ongedwongen manier kennis met elkaar te maken. Na de lunch ging men verdeeld in teams de stad in voor de activiteit Crazy 88. De bedoeling was om als team zoveel mogelijk van de 88 opdrachten te doen en dit zorgde voor een boel gekkigheid en hilarische foto's en video's als bewijs! Een leuke manier van teambuilding. Na het actieve middagprogramma kon men even bijkomen onder het genot van een drankje en dineerde de groep aansluitend in een Jeu de boules-bar. Je voelt hem al aankomen...na het eten werd er nog een balletje gegooid. Voor het avondprogramma had ik een bar afgehuurd in het centrum van Utrecht, exclusief voor de medewerkers van dit bedrijf. Daar werd een muziekbingo gespeeld, waardoor het gelijk een meezingfeest werd. De gezelligheid zette nog even voort toen de Dj de avond vol draaide met (aangevraagde) dansbare plaatjes. Gelukkig hoefde men niet terug naar huis, maar konden de deelnemers van dit bedrijfsuitje tot rust komen in een hotel in de stad.
