Are you a strategic mastermind with a passion for good client management and a drive for growth? Do you get a kick out of translating briefings into brilliant concepts? Do you inspire not only clients, but also colleagues to raise the bar together? Do you have at least 7 years of experience in events and a strong affinity with video and/or TV? Then this is your cue. We are looking for a (Senior) Manager Client Services & Strategy who is ready to create impactful experiences together with us.

What are you going to do?

Building strategic partnerships: You strengthen customer relationships and turn their challenges into your success stories.

Making business pop: You discover and seize new opportunities that help Sylvester and our customers grow.

Translate briefings into impactful concepts: You see the question behind the question and know how to take projects to the next level.

Inspiring people: You motivate customers and colleagues with your insights, enthusiasm and strategic ingenuity.

Presenting files like a pro: In Dutch, French and English, both in writing and 'live on stage' at clients.

We are looking for someone...

…with at least 7 years of experience in the event sector and knows how to manage customers.

…who has an affinity with video and/or TV? Yes please!

…who speaks and writes fluent Dutch, French and English – you can effortlessly deliver presentations.

…with a strategic mindset and sees business opportunities before the customer realizes them.

…who has experience with government collaborations and tendering processes, or you have the eagerness to learn more about this quickly.

…who is a team player and gets energy from achieving success together.

…who is proactive, creative and results-oriented – just doing your thing is not enough, you want to make an impact.

…who actively searches for new clients in the corporate landscape and knows how to open the right doors through proactive prospecting and smart networking, live and online.

…who feels completely at home with our corporate values.

Briefings vertalen naar impactvolle concepten: Je ziet de vraag achter de vraag en weet hoe je projecten naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Mensen inspireren: Je motiveert klanten én collega’s met jouw inzichten, enthousiasme en strategisch vernuft.

Dossiers presenteren als een pro: In het Nederlands, Frans én Engels, zowel schriftelijk als ‘live on stage’ bij opdrachtgevers.

We zoeken iemand...

… met minstens 7 jaar ervaring in de eventsector en weet hoe je klanten managet.

… die affiniteit heeft met video en/of tv? Yes please!

… die vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels spreekt en schrijft – presentaties schud jij moeiteloos uit je mouw.

… met een strategische mindset en ziet businesskansen nog voor de klant het zelf beseft.

… die ervaring heeft met samenwerkingen met de overheid en aanbestedingsprocessen, of je hebt de leergierigheid om je hier snel in te verdiepen.

… die een teamspeler is en energie haalt uit samen successen boeken.

… die proactief, creatief en resultaatgericht is – gewoon je ding doen is niet genoeg, je wil impact maken.

… die actief speurt naar nieuwe opdrachtgevers in het corporate landschap en weet de juiste deuren te openen via proactieve prospectie en slimme netwerking, live en online.

… die zich helemaal thuis voelt in onze bedrijfswaarden.
