100% electrically powered
The newest star of the fleet, Oceandiva Nova, is the sustainable driver. The Oceandiva Nova is 100% electrically powered and has a battery system of 2.2 megawatts, supported by an advanced Power Management System. For safety and emergency power, the ship is equipped with an advanced back-up generator, which runs on HVO100 biofuel and DEX ecological engine oil.
Green Award | Platinum label
The Oceandiva Nova has also been awarded the prestigious Platinum label by Green Award. The Platinum label is the highest certification by Green Award for shipping companies that are committed to environmental protection, safety and quality. This award confirms Oceandiva's dedication to sustainability in the Dutch, Belgian and German event industry.

100% HVO100 biofuel | 90% less C02
Oceandiva is also opting for sustainability with its other ships. The Oceandiva Original and Oceandiva Futura both sail on 100% HVO100. “This progressive biofuel, made from 100% certified waste and residual flows, reduces CO2 emissions by no less than 90%,” says Mandy Berding, Managing Director of Oceandiva. In addition, this biofuel contributes to cleaner air quality by reducing the emission of particulate matter and nitrogen particles.

Bovendien draagt deze biobrandstof bij aan een schonere luchtkwaliteit door de uitstoot van fijnstof- en stikstofdeeltjes te verminderen.
