The security council has now relaxed the measures for organizing events a bit. We feel that the need to reconnect with each other is great. We are therefore happy to be at your disposal to ensure that your event runs smoothly and that it runs “corona-proof”. In the meantime, we have been able to provide a lot of meetings and gatherings for our customers and can safely say that we have adapted well to the new circumstances. The positive feedback and regular returns from our customers prove this. De veiligheidsraad heeft de maatregelen voor het organiseren van evenementen ondertussen weer een beetje versoepeld.
We voelen dat de nood om terug met elkaar te connecteren groot is.
Wij staan dan ook graag ter uwer beschikking om uw evenement in goede banen te leiden en “corona-proof” te laten verlopen.
We hebben ondertussen al heel wat vergaderingen en bijeenkomsten mogen verzorgen voor onze klanten en kunnen best stellen dat we ons goed aangepast hebben aan de nieuwe omstandigheden. De positieve feedback en regelmatige terugkeer van onze klanten bewijzen dit.
Hierbij nogmaals onze voorzorgsmaatregelen opgelijst:
- Vergaderruimtes die voldoende groot zijn om de “social distance” maatregel te respecteren (3370 m² vergader- en congresruimte in totaal)
- Desinfectiezuil bij elke ingang voor het ontsmetten van de handen bij binnenkomen en buitengaan
- Aparte inkom- / onthaalruimtes
- Verschillende sanitaire ruimtes
- Voldoende ventilatie van de ruimtes
- Ruime tuin met vijver: ideaal voor pauze momenten, meetings, enz. in openlucht
- Ruime parking
- Permanentie van een ontsmettingsploeg die nog meer dan anders waakt over de hygiëne
- Ons personeel draagt een mondmasker om u alsook zichzelf te beschermen
- Catering (Smiley-label, veilige bereidingen, bediening van de catering)
