Organizing events means teamwork: collaborating with clients and subcontractors on creative ideas, making a structured preparation, fighting to meet deadlines and so much more, to be proud that everything went smoothly afterwards. There are obstacles in the organization of every event, but we strive to solve every problem quickly and efficiently, together with clients and subcontractors.

On-site we take on the role of total coordinator, and we will even step into the breach for tasks that have not been entrusted to us. In this way we guarantee an end result that always exceeds all expectations.

Since March 2020, we have made a smooth transition to virtual events, which we have shaped in different ways. Our own studio in collaboration with our regular A / V partner completes the picture. Now we offer customers the entire range, from virtual, over hybrid, to live!

Do business through events - it remains possible!

Positive news inspires and motivates, which is why, in times when the media is full of negative news, we like to share the following with you:

Mid-March 2020, the trucks were loaded on that Thursday, ready to leave for Madrid. There, TMAB Business Events annually coordinates the participation of the European Commission and 6 related European organizations in an international fair. And then the bomb fell. BAM! Unload everything back… and sit at home… wait for that corona hit to end.

Or not? We took 4 completely different initiatives, 1 of which became so successful that our 9-person team was able to work full-time again in the autumn: the organization, completely in-house, of virtual conferences. We admit, the luck factor has helped us. At the end of March 2020, a regular customer contacted us, a European medical association: “TMAB, help us, we need to keep in touch with our members more than ever! All large hospital consortia want to consult and learn from each other. We must help and support, inspire and inform them. How can we best do that? "

SWITCH TO VIRTUAL FOR DIFFERENT EVENTS

“Yesterday” we organized live events: from fair organizer to PCO, with VIP packages and training, a wide and at the same time very complementary range of activities. We initially made the switch to virtual for conferences, but recently we also started thinking along with HR specialists for staff parties and team building events, to keep staff motivated and in mutual contact.

TOMORROW BECOMES HYBRID

The question that everyone asks: what will “tomorrow” bring? The technology boost that all generations and all sectors have experienced from corona will certainly leave its mark. Teleworking will no longer be mandatory, but both employers and employees want to keep the benefits: no time wasted in terms of commuting, saving costs in terms of square meters of work space that needs to be equipped and heated, better balance between work and family, etc. We will move us less, including to meetings or conferences.

But when we see each other, it will be extra good! Corona has put our feet on the ground, made us realize that just is good enough. And that was reflected in the few live teambuildings that we were allowed to organize last summer. Just seeing each other among colleagues was oh so good, bad weather could not hurt anyone while drinking a glass in the open air.

Tomorrow will be different, hybrid. With live events but less spectacle, with an audience in the conference room but also at home from the computer, with fairs where you can feel products, but also online exhibition stands, with staff parties, but also meal boxes to enjoy in a family context. We will all be more conscious about travel and budgets, just regaining our freedom will do so much good.

Positief nieuws inspireert en motiveert, en daarom delen wij, in tijden waar de media bol staat van het negatieve nieuws, graag het volgende met jullie:

Midden maart 2020 stonden die bewuste donderdag de camions geladen, klaar om naar Madrid te vertrekken. Daar coördineert TMAB Business Events jaarlijks de deelname van de Europese Commissie en 6 aanverwante Europese organisaties aan een internationale beurs. En toen viel de bom. BAM! Alles terug uitladen … en thuiszitten … wachten tot die coronashit voorbij is.

Of toch niet? We namen 4 totaal uiteenlopende initiatieven, waarvan er 1 zo succesvol werd dat ons 9-koppig team in het najaar opnieuw voltijds aan de slag kon: de organisatie, volledig in-house, van virtuele conferenties. We geven toe, de factor geluk heeft ons geholpen. Eind maart 2020 al contacteerde een vaste klant ons, een Europese medische associatie: “TMAB, help ons, wij moeten meer dan ooit contact houden met onze leden! Alle grote ziekenhuisconsortia willen onderling overleggen en leren van elkaar. Wij moeten hen helpen en steunen, inspireren en informeren. Hoe kunnen we dat best doen?”

SWITCH NAAR VIRTUEEL VOOR VERSCHILLENDE EVENTS

“Gisteren” organiseerden we live-events: van beursorganisator tot PCO, met ook VIP-arrangementen en opleidingen, een brede en tegelijk zeer complementaire waaier van activiteiten. De switch naar virtueel maakten wij in eerste instantie voor conferenties, sinds kort gaan wij ook voor personeelsfeesten en teambuildings meedenken met HR-specialists, om personeel gemotiveerd en in onderling contact te houden.

MORGEN WORDT HYBRIDE

De vraag die iedereen zich stelt: wat brengt “morgen”? De technologieboost die alle generaties en alle sectoren door corona beleefd hebben, zal zeker zijn sporen laten. Telewerken zal niet meer verplicht zijn, maar zowel werkgevers als werknemers willen de voordelen ervan behouden: geen tijdverlies qua woon/werk-verkeer, kosten besparen qua vierkante meters werkruimte die moet uitgerust en verwarmd worden, betere balans tussen werk en gezin, enz. We zullen ons minder verplaatsen, ook naar vergaderingen of conferenties.

Maar als we mekaar zien, zal het extra deugd doen! Corona heeft ons met onze voeten op de grond gezet, heeft ons laten beseffen dat gewoon al goed genoeg is. En dat straalde zich vorige zomer al af op de enkele live-teambuildings die we mochten organiseren. Gewoon mekaar terugzien onder collega’s deed o zo veel deugd, slecht weer kon niemand deren bij het drinken van een glas in open lucht.

Morgen wordt anders, hybride. Mét live-events maar met minder spektakel, mét publiek in de conferentiezaal maar ook thuis vanaf de computer, mét beurzen waar je producten kan voelen maar ook online beursstands, mét personeelsfeesten maar ook maaltijdboxen om in gezinsverband te nuttigen. We zullen allemaal bewuster omgaan met verplaatsingen en budgetten, gewoon onze vrijheid herwinnen zal zoveel deugd doen.
