Hickory Street Annex

Hickory Street Annex is a collection of historic buildings built in 1921 including creative workspaces and a cool industrial events venue. Here, you can host special celebrations in life such as weddings, receptions, milestone birthdays; as well as corporate meetings, holiday parties, branding launches, and photoshoots. Situated right next to Downtown Dallas, this venue is a true hidden gem. The historic brick warehouse has windows on all four sides and a view of downtown, exposed brick walls, exposed steel trusses, wood ceiling, and concrete floors. It has been described as an industrial, loft-like space. The hall can hold up to 200 guests for weddings and receptions, or up to 250 guests for cocktail parties. You are allowed to choose from a list of approved caterers. These caterers have a wide range of types of food and prices. They can serve your guests with a buffet, stations, plated, or family-style. However, you're also allowed to bring in your own alcohol, and the caterer's licensed bartenders will serve you and your guests throughout the evening. Besides event space, you can also rent office space at the Annex. Hickory Street Annex has a thriving community of small, creative businesses. People bring their dogs to work, eat lunch in the beautiful outdoor environment, and network with each other all the time. You can become a part of this beautiful community too!
