Contemporary enjoyment in an ancient farmhouse that has been transformed into a restaurant with many extra spaces for a meeting, wedding or party. For example, we have various places in and around the Koningshoeve to offer the right location for the right event.
For example, we have 't Voorhuys, which is located on the ground floor of De Koningshoeve in Klaaswaal, and is a beautiful space for events and drinks for up to 60 people. With a view over the polder and equipped with its own bar and beamer, this room is the perfect location for a pleasant drink, cozy buffet or an extensive meeting.
In addition, we have a beautiful space on the first floor, called the Hooizolder. This space can be used for many activities. Think of a meeting for a group (up to 60 people), a lunch or dinner buffet (up to 80 people) or a party evening (up to 220 people).
We recently opened an extra location here, the Schuur (working title). This location will be realized in a number of phases where, after the first phase (ready since October 2022), we will be able to accommodate events for up to ±700 people, which will later be expanded to ±1000 people. The location is versatile and can be used for different occasions. Consider, for example, a large meeting, holding a presentation for larger groups (±700 people) and for a (business) fair. But also at parties, receptions. condolences and other gatherings.
During the summer season (March to September) you can enjoy a barbecue or (company) drink in our meadow with friends, family or colleagues in peace and quiet. The stretch tent provides a roof in case of a lot of sun or rain. The stretch tent has its own bar and toilets are available a short walk away. Of course there is also WiFi in the meadow, which also makes business meetings possible.
It is also possible to get married with us. Our wedding gazebo, located in the meadow, is surrounded by nature. Giving each other the yes word under a blue sky, who wouldn't want that? We provide romantic white chairs and the sound. Furthermore, the gazebo and the chairs can be decorated entirely according to your own wishes.
