Special end-to-end location for a successful customer day or congress
The ss Rotterdam was a beautiful and unique location for our annual customer day (2017).
+ Our (first) account manager was very professional - working together was very pleasant.
+ The further preparation also went well. There was a lot of thought.
+ The location is beautiful.
+ The technique worked properly.
+ The (after) drink on deck went very well.
+ The rooms were conveniently arranged - everything was together (except for lunch).
+ We had to book some rooms through booking.com because the hotel was full. It was no problem to put the letters that were placed in the rooms of our guests in these rooms too.
+ We had our own booking page at a lower rate so that guests could book themselves.
+ Friendly boarding steward who welcomes guests outside the ship and shows the way.
- The promised wardrobe ticket system was unfortunately not in place.
- On the day itself, I was not too fond of the party planner. He had an air and was not always to be found.
- Our (international) guests were not a fan of the lunch.
- The hotel rooms were not very nice / fresh.

De ss Rotterdam was een mooie en unieke locatie voor onze jaarlijkse klantendag (2017).
+ Onze (eerste) account manager was erg professioneel - samenwerking verliep erg prettig.
+ Ook de verdere voorbereiding verliep goed. Er werd meegedacht.
+ De locatie is prachtig.
+ De techniek werkte naar behoren.
+ De (na)borrel op het dek beviel erg goed.
+ De ruimten waren handig ingedeeld - alles zat bij elkaar (op de lunch na).
+ We moesten wat kamers via booking.com boeken omdat het hotel vol zat. Het was geen probleem om de brieven die op de kamers van onze gasten werden gelegd ook op deze kamers te leggen.
+ We hadden een eigen boekingspagina tegen lager tarief zodat gasten zelf konden reserveren.
+ Gezellige boarding steward die gasten buiten het schip verwelkomt en de weg wijst.
- Het beloofde garderobeticketsysteem was helaas niet aanwezig.
- Op de dag zelf was ik niet zo gecharmeerd van de party planner. Hij had een air en was niet altijd te vinden.
- Onze (internationale) gasten waren geen fan van de lunch.
- De hotelkamers waren niet heel mooi / fris.
