South nation 150+2 year anniversary

Zuidnatie is a logistics player in the port of Antwerp. In June 2022 we celebrated our 150th anniversary, after two years of postponement due to corona. We called on Karin for the organization of the party. It was a great evening with good food and drinks, a live band, photo booth, beautiful sunset, a cocktail bar, etc. Our (high) expectations were fully met by Karin! The collaboration was great and the reactions from all our customers were positive. Zuidnatie is een logistieke speler in de Antwerpse haven. In juni 2022 vierden we ons 150-jarig bestaan, na twee jaar uitstel door corona. Voor de organisatie van het feest deden we beroep op Karin. Het was een geweldige avond met lekker eten en drinken, live bandje, photobooth, mooie zonsondergang, een cocktailbar, etc. Onze (hoge) verwachtingen werden volledig ingelost door Karin! Fantastic party

We had already heard a lot of good things about Factotum and after a first conversation there was a nice click, so we quickly decided to work with them for our wedding party. Thanks to Karin's good preparation, we had to worry about little or nothing. Every detail was thought of so that we could enjoy our beautiful day carefree. Everything, from the town hall, the dinner in the afternoon to the evening party, was wonderfully arranged. It was also nice to hear from family and friends that it was a great party. Wij hadden al veel goeds gehoord over Factotum en na een eerste gesprek was er een fijne klik waardoor we snel beslisten om met hen in zee te gaan voor ons huwelijksfeest. Return party - top party by Factotum!

After a complete goodbye from the workplace due to the Corona crisis for 1.5 years and everyone in telework, we celebrated our "Return party" on September 3, 2021. With a blast of a party. Top caterer, top DJ, magnificent party tent (completely a 10-to-see feeling :-) ) and as top of the bill; a great live band with none other than Eric Mellaerts himself on the guitar! We went all out and comments like "Optimco reborn, never seen a company party like this, don't we do it every week?" etc.. were not out of the blue. The only sad thing about it was that it simply had to end at some point :-) Construction and tidying up perfectly fine as well! As a furnisher we could count on a totally impeccable organization and support from Factotum, who also came up with brilliant ideas. Fully thinks along with you! We were promised that we had nothing to worry about and that promise has been fully delivered! I can only wholeheartedly recommend Factotum or - to put it in a modern expression - Factotum is in da house!!! :-)

Na een volledig afscheid van de werkvloer door de Coronacrisis gedurende 1,5 jaar en iedereen in telewerk vierden we (buiten) op 3 september 2021 onze "Return-party". Met een knaller van een feest. Toptraiteur, top-DJ, magnifieke feesttent (helemaal een 10-om-te-zien gevoel :-) ) en als top of the bill; een geweldige liveband met niemand minder dan Eric Mellaerts himself aan de gitaar ! We zijn helemaal los gegaan en opmerkingen als "Optimco reborn, nooit zo een bedrijfsfeestje gezien, doen we toch elke week wel opnieuw ?" enz.. waren niet uit de lucht. Het enige spijtige dat er aan was, was dat het gewoonweg ooit moest eindigen :-) Opbouw en opruim ook perfect in orde ! Als inrichter mochten we rekenen op een totaal onberispelijke organisatie en ondersteuning door Factotum die zelf ook met schitterende ideeën kwam. Denkt volledig met je mee ! Men beloofde dat we ons nergens zorgen over moesten maken en die belofte is ook helemaal waar gemaakt ! Ik kan Factotum alleen maar van harte aanbevelen of - om het met een moderne uitdrukking te zeggen - Factotum is in da house !!! :-)

Just before the madness of Covid19 hit, we were allowed to enjoy a staff party in early 2020 that Factotum Events put together for us. In previous years we did everything ourselves because we thought it would be cheaper. Factotum convinced us that they can work for any budget and have fulfilled that agreement. The party was taken care of down to the last detail, at a location we would not dare to think about ourselves. What a party!

Karine took care of us completely and gave our daughter, us and all the lucky ones (because they were) who were present an incredible party. Everything was perfectly arranged from tent, food, drinks, service to animation and super photographer. This will be talked about for a long time and the most pleasant of all is that we as parents were able to fully enjoy it in this way. No question was too much or too difficult. I would make more children to be allowed to organize or have organized such parties!

Karine ontzorgde ons volledig en bezorgde onze dochter, ons en al de geluksvogels (want dat waren ze)die aanwezig waren een ongelooflijk topfeest. Alles was tiptop geregeld van tent, eten, drinken, bediening tot animatie en superfotograaf. Hier wordt nog lang over gesproken en het plezantste van al is dat we er als ouders op deze manier ten volle mee hebben van kunnen genieten. Geen vraag was teveel of te moeilijk. We have thrown parties several times in the past. Our last event was organized by Fac-totum. A huge difference! Detail and organization

We hired Fac-Totum to organize our wedding.
The party took place in our garden and therefore everything had to be built from 0 and in a coordinated way. Our wishes were high, the finishing details had to be high end. Fac-Totum followed up this assignment to the utmost detail and carried out silently. Different suppliers per part were proposed, always with open price settings. The party was an incredible success, without any hickups, the handling performed flawlessly.

We huurden Fac-Totum in voor de organisatie van ons huwelijk.
Het feest vond plaats in onze tuin en daardoor moest alles van 0 voorzien en gecoördineerd worden opgebouwd. Onze wensen waren hoog, de details in afwerking moesten high end zijn. Fac-Totum heeft deze opdracht tot in het uiterste detail opgevolgd en geruisloos uitgevoerd. Verschillende leveranciers per onderdeel werden voorgesteld, steeds met open prijssettings. Het feest was een ongelooflijk succes, zonder enige hickups, de afhandeling feilloos uitgevoerd.

Spring feast of the daughters

Last year we had a fantastic spring party in mind for our daughters, we had foreseen everything, except for the cancellation of the caterer ..... Panic everywhere as the springtime would fall into the water. Then we decided to appeal to Fac-Totum and contacted Karin. Against all our expectations, she managed to get everything arranged down to the last minute, she also had an eye for every detail (even things we did not think about) the catering, the tent, the decoration, the service, everything was arranged down to the last detail. Our daughters had a spring party to say "U" to, partly thanks to the help of Karin. We don't know how she managed all this at the last minute, but she did ...

Vorig jaar hadden we een spetterend lentefeest in gedachte voor onze dochters, we hadden alles voorzien, behalve de annulering van de traiteur..... Paniek alom daar het lenterest in't water zou vallen. Toen besloten we beroep te doen op Fac-Totum en nam contact op met Karin. Tegen al onze verwachtingen in slaagde zij erin om lastminute alles nog tot in de puntjes geregeld te krijgen, ze had ook oog voor ieder detail (zelf zaken waar wij niet aan dachten) de catering, de tent, de decoratie, de bediening, alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld. Onze dochters beleefde een lentefeest om "U" tegen te zeggen, mede dankzij de hulp van Karin. Hoe ze dit alles op het laatste nippertje geregeld kreeg weten we niet, maar ze deed het...
1000x dank voor de redding en het schitterend resultaat.
