Woudschoten Hotel & Conference Centre in Zeist is centrally located on a wooded estate of 45 hectares. In between all this greenery we offer an atmospheric accommodation and a complete product with various facilities with a clear price policy . All you have to do is concentrate on the purpose of your stay. We take care of the rest.
Each conference room has a projector , a screen, flipchart, sound system and connections for laptop , camera and microphones. The mentioned audiovisual resources are always included when renting a conference room. When organizing a business event you get a conference room with an excellent sound system with mixing panel, 1 microphone of your choice, connection for recording equipment and technical assistance during your business event. So you don't pay anything extra for that .
If you also need extra or special facilities, we will rent them in consultation with you. Everywhere in Woudschoten you have free (wireless) internet via fiber optic with a maximum capacity of 1000 unique users .
We are ideally suited for one-day and multi-day meetings as a training location, for meetings, for conferences but also as an atmospheric hotel for a weekend away.
