Wonderful location to the park and the Maasmechelen Village and a cinema. Absolutely excellent customer service. Tasty cuisine. We booked a New Year's package with live music and arrived 2 hours before the meal started. But we were already hungry from the long drive. When I went to the reception to ask if there was anything to eat, the chef himself (who happened to be at the reception) told us that he would save us. 5 minutes later he was at our door with a salmon tartar with avocado. When I admitted that I was allergic to avocado, he was there again 5 minutes later with a second dish. We were blown away by how we were met. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was good. This is highly recommended, the staff is top notch.

Beeldige ligging naar het park en de Maasmechelen Village en een cinema. Absoluut uitstekende klantenservice. Lekkere cuisine. We boekten een nieuwjaarsarrangement met live muziek en kwamen 2u al aan voordat de maaltijd startte. Maar we hadden al honger door de lange rit. Toen ik aan de receptie ging vragen naar of er al iets te eten viel, zei de chef-kok hemzelve (die stond toevallig aan de receptie) dat hij ons zou redden. 5 min later stond hij aan onze deur met een zalmtartaar met avocado. Toen ik toegaf dat ik allergisch was voor avocado, stond hij 5 min later er alweer met een tweede gerecht. We waren weggeblazen door hoe we tegemoet werden gekomen. Het bed was zeer comfortabel, de douche deed deugd. Dit is een aanrader, het personeel is top.
