The staff of the APB Training Center deserves the title DEDICATED STAFF OF THE YEAR from us, AADS.
And not just this year, because for years we have had a warm feeling when we think back to the staff.
At all levels, reception, cleaning, restaurant, caretaker, they do their utmost to make it pleasant for the groups staying. Every request is granted with a smile. Even if - as was the case with us now - a participant who cancelled 14 days earlier unexpectedly shows up on day 1 without letting us know and too late for the meal.
Hats off to so much kindness and adaptability.
