We had planned an internal conference with the company. From the reservation to the implementation, everything went perfectly. Contact was always quick and questions and requests were handled and implemented professionally. The feedback from participants on the process, food and organization was consistently positive. We will definitely return to Heidberg Monastery in the future.

We organized a Conference bringing together a little over a hundred people. The magnificent locations were appreciated by the participants. The acoustics were very good and the stage was perfect for the presentations. Everything was ready when we arrived and the technology was easy to use. A small downside for the catering aspect which was not varied enough to the taste of the participants. I personally appreciated the contact with the team on site who were very attentive to our expectations, very flexible and patient. I recommend. Excellent value for money.

A unique location where everything has been thought of

The former monastery has been beautifully renovated into a unique seminar centre and hotel. They have really thought of everything to make it a very pleasant stay. The sisters would be jealous. ;-) The service is excellent and everything is also very accessible for those who are less mobile.

The big advantage of a hotel as an event location

The big advantage of hotels is that they have everything under one roof to make your business event a resounding success: meetings and overnight stays. Hotels have versatile spaces that you can use as conference or meeting rooms. All the necessary equipment for a productive meeting is standard in these hotels with meeting rooms, including high-speed internet connections and free Wi-Fi. And because hotels have a restaurant, your participants will be culinary spoiled with a delicious lunch or buffet during breaks. What you should definitely pay attention to when you rent a hotel to organise a meeting is a central location. Make sure that your participants can easily get there by public transport or with their own car.

Do you attach great importance to an environment that provides inspiration? Then consciously choose the location of the hotel in which you organise your business meeting. This can be a boutique hotel, a historic castle, an architectural pearl located in the centre of the city or trendy neighbourhood or just a rural hotel in the wild. There are hotels with meeting rooms near the sea or a lake.

Maybe you want to have a meeting outside? Many hotels that you can rent have a beautiful garden and/or a pleasant terrace. Allowing your meeting, event, or seminar to take place in peace is perfectly possible at many locations. If the hotel is not centrally located, arrange for communal transport or organise it so that your participants can carpool.
