Job details
As a Community Activator, you are part of the Marketing & Communication team and are partly responsible for the communication to exhibitors and visitors of our B2C construction fairs (BIS, Bouw&reno and Wonen). You follow all the new developments and trends in the sector closely and make proactive proposals.
Job description:
- In consultation with the Marketing Event Manager, the communication strategy and media plan are determined and you contribute to developing and implementing them.
- You are responsible for all exhibitor and visitor communication: brochures, e-mails, press communication, website, etc.
- You make intensive use of social media to position the brand, spread information and build a true 'community'.
- In collaboration with the central marketing department, you are responsible for the production of the various communication tools (exhibitor brochures, advertisements, catalogue, website, app, etc.).
- You are responsible for following up the fringe programme during the fair: compiling content, finding and planning speakers, introducing and developing projects.
Profile
- You have a Bachelor's degree in communications or marketing and can look back on initial experience in print and online communications.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You have a smooth pen and you are strong in copywriting.
- You are interested in social networks and PR.
- You are stress-resistant, results-oriented and work in a structured manner.
- You are creative and like to take initiative.
- You are Dutch speaking with a good knowledge of French and English.
