As Sales Executive you are responsible for the commercial development of our new B2B construction fair, Futurebuild. You are responsible for the sale of exhibition space tailored to the exhibitor.

Job description:

  • As a sales representative, you are responsible for developing long-term customer relationships in preparation for participating in the trade fair.
  • You are the direct point of contact for companies that show interest in participating in Futurebuild.
  • You further expand the existing customer portfolio through active prospecting and networking.
  • You follow trends and innovations within the sector and, in this context, also visit other trade fairs and events.
  • You are responsible for achieving agreed sales objectives: number of exhibitors, type of exhibitors, m² of exhibition space, turnover, up- & cross-selling, ...
  • You are the single point of contact for exhibitors and you are operationally deployable before, during and after the fair.
  • You create quotes and process registrations in the CRM system. You also maintain the database and optimize it where possible.


Profile

  • You have a higher education diploma and preferably 5 years of experience in a B2B sales position as an account manager.
  • You are a commercial talent who can convince customers and convert contacts into contracts.
  • You have experience in or a strong affinity with the construction sector.
  • Negotiating with large corporations? No stress, you know how to build lasting relationships.
  • In addition to Dutch, you have a good knowledge of English and French.
  • You are enterprising, enthusiastic, driven and results-oriented.
  • You are a real team player, but you can also organize your work independently.
  • You are accurate in following up files, targets and administration.
