Apple Publishes App for Creating maps of Event Locations

Apple has secretly published a new app, 'Indoor survey', which can only be found by clicking on a direct link, not by searching in the App Store. With this app, you can easily map buildings. And this offers possibilities for event locations.

By tuning in to radio waves, such as Wi-Fi signals and the built-in sensors in the iPhone, your location is determined. By connecting the points set out by you, you can quickly create a blueprint of your event. Attendees at your event can then download your map. This way, they know immediately where the emergency exits are, but they can also find your indications, such as the cloakroom, toilets, receipts, F&B, ...

The app only exists yet for the iPhone user and is available in English, Chinese and Japanese.
